The YMCA has built a reputation of providing day camp programs that are safe, supervised and engage children in activities that keep their minds and bodies active during the summer months. Traditional camp activities such as swim lessons, recreational swim, sports and arts & crafts still continue to be popular. Today, however, many of our campers are looking for more and the Y is meeting that challenge. With 49 camp offerings available, there is sure to be something for everyone! Our Rhode Island YMCAs have an array of facilities conveniently located in Lincoln, Cumberland, Coventry and Pawtucket. They include more than 425 acres of land, five pools, a spray park, play centers, playgrounds, fields and woods plus safe modern equipment for each age group. Our character shows in our behavior -- how we practice our values. The YMCA develops character by demonstrating and teaching the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
